1. Ham Rong Mountain
Ham Rong Mountain is located close to Sapa tpwn, about 3km and tourists can walk there. This is an attractive trekking tourist area in the center, on the way to the mountain, you can see many kinds of beautiful flowers, especially peach blossoms. When you go up to the top of the mountain, standing there, you can enjoy panoramic views of Sapa, Muong Hoa Valley, Ta Phin hidden in the smoke, the scenery is extremely spectacular.
2. Sapa Old Church
Located on the center of Sapa town, this magnificent and mysterious monastery built by the French in 1895, this is the architectural impression of the French remains the most complete. The church has been embellished and preserved, become an indispensable image in the foggy town of Sapa.
3. Cat Cat Village
This is an old village of H’mong people, about 2km from the center of Sapa town. This place has many preserves many traditional crafts such as planting cotton, line, weaving,… At present, this place has been built into Cat Cat tourist area and is planted with many kind of flowers to attract tourists.
4. Fansipan peak
Fansipan is the highest mountain of Indochina, located at an altitude of 3,143m above the sea level. Nowadays, you can come to the Fansipan peak by the cable cars of the Fansipan Legend tourist area, then walk for about 20 minutes or take climbing train to the top of Fansipan. Come here, admiring the fairy-tale setting at sunrise or sunset on the mountain is always an unforgettable experience for tourists and nature lovers.
5. Ta Phin Village
This village has beautiful natural scenery, rich cultural traits of the ethnic Red Dao with brocade. Coming to Ta Phin village, you can visit the nearby Ta Phin cave. In the cave there are many interesting stalacities shaped like dancing, fairy sitting, distant fields, sparking forests,..
6. Muong Hoa Valley – Sapa Ancient Rock
Muong Hoa Valley is located in Hau Thao Commune, about 8km far from Sapa Town to the Southeast. The special in this valley is an ancient stone has many different shapes, interspersed with trees and terraced fileds of ethnic minorites. Hundreds of sandstone with engraved drawings and strange characters have not been identified yet. Today, this ancient engraved drawings and strange characters have been classified as national monument, a unique heritage of ancient Vietnamese people.
7. Silver Waterfall
Silver Waterfall has been known as a scenic spot of Sapa. Standing at the foot of Silver waterfall, watching the vast sky and the majestic mountain far, you will suddenly feel very small before the wonder of nature. However, during the dry season, you should consider when visiting Silver Falls because the waterfall has very little water.
8. Sapa Sky Gate
Sapa Sky Gate is a famous tourist destination located on the top of O Quy Ho Pass – one of the four great peaks of the Vietnam Pass, with an altitude of 2035m above the sea level. Although located 18km from Sapa, across 50km of the O Quy Ho Pass but Sapa sky gate is always visited by tourists, especially young people.
